Founded in 2010, Sunshine Infant & Junior School has been dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Our History

Sunshine School started as a small preschool with just 20 students. Over the years, we have grown into a comprehensive infant and junior school serving over 200 children from ages 2 to 11. Our commitment to excellence in education and child development has remained unwavering.

Our Dedicated Staff

Principal - Mrs. Mubaiwa

With over 18 years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Mubaiwa leads our team with passion and dedication.

Head Teacher - Mrs. Mubaiwa

Specializing in curriculum development, Mrs. Mubaiwa ensures our programs meet the highest educational standards.

Early Years Coordinator - Mrs. Mafasitera

Ms. Davis focuses on creating engaging learning experiences for our youngest students.

Constitution and By-Laws

Sunshine Infant & Junior School (Sunshine E.C.D Centre)

Name and Status

The centre is known as Sunshine E.C.D Centre, legally recognized as an academy and professional institution in Zimbabwe, with the right to sue and be sued in its own name.

Amendment and Alteration of the Constitution

Only the Board of Directors can amend the constitution. Amendments may be made through board resolutions or a general meeting when necessary.

Vision

The school aims to create a supportive learning community that offers quality education, producing productive, self-reliant citizens prepared for the future.

Mission

The school prepares learners to succeed in a rapidly changing world, developing essential skills, leadership, creativity, and strong moral values, combining theory and practical learning.
